No, wine making is a complicated process with a slew of variables that can occur in the winery, some of which cause flaws in the wine and are out of Somm Cartel’s control prior to receipt.
Does Somm Cartel offer cancelations, returns and refunds?

What if my order is damaged during shipping?
In an effort to prevent fraud; please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items. The pictures need to be clear and include the sealed neck of every bottle claimed as damaged. No exceptions!
If multiple bottles are damaged, we need a picture of individual bottles and another picture of all the damaged bottles together in one picture.
If the charge is disputed as damaged / defective item, we need the same proof as mentioned above.
How does the Blind ship wine membership work?
We have 3 tiers and 3 options in each tier to choose from. Once you choose the most appropriate tier we will charge your card on file monthly and ship the wine such that it arrives within the first week of each month.
How do I cancel my Blind Ship membership?
To cancel, simply send us an email at somms@sommcartel.com with 30 days notice prior to your next billing cycle requesting your cancellation.
