The Champagne Gosset 2012 Celebris Brut offers a refined and complex profile. On the nose, it reveals aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, toasted brioche, and a touch of almond. The palate is vibrant and structured, with fine mousse, layered notes of lemon zest, crisp green apple, chalky minerality, and hints of pastry cream. It finishes long and saline, showing great aging potential.
