Famille Joly is widely considered one of the greatest biodynamic wine producers in France. Their aim is to express the natural balance and beauty of Loire Valley Chenin Blanc. As such, they keep their overall yield and production very low, planting on only 5.5 hectares.

Immaculate and generous, the complex nose unfolds out of the glass with notes of spiced ginger, coriander and dried fruit. Continuing on the well-structured palate with overripe green plum and caramel with a burst of acid on the mid palate and lingering on the palate with notes of apples, pears and kumquat zest.
