Both floral notes and minerality greet the nose initially out of the glass, followed by apple tart and lemon cake. The creamy palate is lifted by bright acidity and given structure with a subtle minerality. An strikingly pure expression of chardonnay this long finished wine is meant to be enjoyed young.
