Domaine Faiveley 2022 Montagny "Les Cents Pièces" Blanc – White Burgundy Wine is a refined expression of Chardonnay from Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise. It presents a bright, pale yellow hue and offers fresh floral and mineral aromas on the nose. The palate is concentrated and well-balanced, delivering a lively freshness and a pleasant persistence of flavors. Aged for 12 months, with 20% of the wine matured in French oak barrels (10% new), it achieves a subtle complexity without overpowering the varietal's purity. This wine pairs excellently with dishes like cod fillet or salmon terrine and is best served between 10–12°C. It can be enjoyed now or cellared through 2029.
